We have a local organization that needs an HR professional to step in and support their team through the end of May. If you are an expert in navigating the nuances of FMLA and Leaves of Absence, this is a perfect "bridge" opportunity to stay busy and make an immediate impact.

• Duration: Immediate start through May 31st
• Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (M-F)
• Location: 100% Onsite
• Attire: Business Casual / Office Smart Casual

What you’ll be doing:

• Utilizing your FMLA, LOA, and Workers' Comp experience to guide employees through requests and paperwork.
• Providing clear, empathetic communication via phone and email.
• Managing data entry and documentation within the HRIS system.
• Leveraging your proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
