Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and promote current promotions or sales
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floors and displays
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
• Handle customer questions, concerns, or returns in a professional manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store sales goals

Qualifications:

• Ability to work Saturdays with a day off during the week. 
• Previous retail or commission‑based sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
