What You’ll Do

• Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
• Manage calendars, meetings, and court deadlines
• Organize and maintain case files and legal records
• File documents with courts and agencies (electronic and physical)
• Communicate with clients, courts, and internal team members
• Assist with general office support and administrative tasks

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
