What You’ll Do

• Schedule and update pickup and delivery appointments
• Maintain accurate load information in database
• Communicate scheduling updates with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Send rate confirmations and updated load details to carriers
• Monitor the shared scheduling inbox and respond to requests
• Identify and escalate scheduling or execution issues

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organization skills
• High attention to detail across multiple systems
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred

• Logistics, transportation, or scheduling experience
• Familiarity with McLeod, EDI, or customer scheduling platforms
