Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation
• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and preventative measures
• Coordinate with property management, vendors, and contractors for larger repairs and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; order materials as needed
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues, including after-hours calls when required
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and maintenance logs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred
• 3+ years of property maintenance experience, with leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions

Preferred Skills:

• EPA Certification (for HVAC handling)
• Experience with property management software or maintenance tracking systems
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on resident satisfaction
