Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist walk-in customers in both English and Spanish.
• Translate basic documents and communications as needed.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and office files.
• Process forms, invoices, or other office paperwork.
• Support internal teams with general office tasks and customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Previous office, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
