Field Services Technician -  North East Regional Travel (Up to 80% in peak season)

Can be based in upper New York, Maine, or Vermont.  

We're hiring a Field Services Technician to support customers across the North East regional territory. This role travels on site to diagnose issues, repair equipment, and ensure systems run smoothly. It's a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills, clear communication, and comfort working directly with clients.
 
Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and document all service activity
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and next steps
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-up service or escalations

Requirements

• Experience in equipment repair, field service, or a related technical trade
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the region
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
