Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to audio ballot recordings used for voting systems to verify accuracy and clarity
• Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, or audio issues
• Prepare written reports outlining detected errors and necessary corrections
• Collaborate with team members who will implement the required updates and recoding
• Maintain organization and accuracy while working through high volumes of audio files
• Follow established quality control procedures and documentation standards

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in audio content
• Excellent listening and documentation skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to record findings accurately
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Previous quality control, audio review, or data review experience is a plus
