Technical Product Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare engineered system and technical quotes, working closely with customers to recommend the best solutions for their needs
Assist customers in identifying the correct replacement parts using photos, specifications, and prior documentation
Collaborate with the outside sales team to address customer requests and support sales initiatives
Work with the Engineering team to create new part numbers and develop products based on customer specifications
Follow up with customers on open quotations and existing orders to ensure timely service and satisfaction

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work with discounts, percentages, proportions, and currency conversions
Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze business information
Excellent presentation and customer interaction skills
