Post new shipments on carrier boards, track shipments, and communicate directly with carriers and drivers to ensure timely arrivals/deliveries.

Primary Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination: Developing daily/long-term shipping schedules for various transportation modes.
Shipment Tracking: Monitoring shipments in real-time, proactively resolving delays, disruptions, or shortages.
Carrier Communication: Partnering with carriers and brokers to secure capacity.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring all shipping records, BOLs, and regulatory compliance are accurate.
Optimization: Analyzing logistics data to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Potential candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional customer service, and an outgoing personality. This person must have GREAT attention to detail, as they'll be responsible for entering and verifying a LOT of information. These are the first set of eyes on any load that the company receives from their main customer.
