Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with job postings and other recruiting support activities.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or HR support experience preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
