As we expand, we’re looking for a strategic, data‑driven Director of Marketing to elevate our brand, sharpen our market presence, and drive measurable growth.

Position Overview The Director of Marketing will shape and execute our marketing strategy across all channels. This role requires someone who understands the ag ecosystem—producers, dealers, co‑ops, agronomists, and the broader supply chain—and knows how to communicate value in a way that resonates. You’ll lead a talented team, collaborate closely with sales and product leadership, and ensure our brand stands out in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling that reflects the realities and values of the agriculture community.
• Oversee digital marketing, content creation, product marketing, events, and demand‑generation campaigns.
• Partner with sales leadership to build integrated go‑to‑market plans and support dealer/retail channel success.
• Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to guide strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budget, agency relationships, and vendor partnerships.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in agriculture, ag tech, crop inputs, equipment, or related sectors.
• Proven success building and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies.
• Experience supporting sales teams and dealer networks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
• Experience with product launches, brand refreshes, or market expansion initiatives.
• Understanding of grower buying behavior and seasonal ag cycles.
