Responsibilities:
Consult with customers to identify needs and position the best-fit solutions
Produced quotes with a focus on value, accuracy, and conversion
Support upsell and replacement opportunities by identifying correct parts
Partner with outside sales to advance deals, respond to customer requirements, and support close efforts
Collaborate with internal departments to scope custom solutions, generate new part numbers, and enable new product offerings
Proactively follow up on active quotes and open orders to move opportunities through the sales cycle
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent hands-on business experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support sales analysis, quoting, and customer communication
Strong numerical aptitude, including applying discounts, percentages, currency conversion, and pricing calculations
Fast and accurate data entry skills (50 WPM with 90% accuracy) to support quoting and order processing
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical information to support sales decisions
Confident presentation and customer interaction skills to communicate value and build trust
