Duties:

• Managed high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process, correct, and confirm customer orders; communicate discrepancies and updates clearly
• Track shipments and provided timely status updates
• Maintain accurate customer records, complaints, and requests in systems
• Collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to meet customer requirements while upholding quality and standards

Requirements:

• Post–high school education and prior customer service or related experience preferred
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage interruptions and maintain productivity under time pressure
