Our growing team is looking for a Property Accountant to manage financials, ensure accurate reporting, and support property operations. Key Responsibilities

• Process rent payments, lease escalations, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, and tenant billings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties.
• Review lease agreements and ensure financial accuracy in reporting.
• Work closely with property managers and landlords to resolve lease-related discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for property expenses and revenue.
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of lease or property accounting experience highly preferred, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Technical Skills: Yardi (required), Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, lease accounting principles, and property finance.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
