Responsibilities:

• Managing Accounts Payable – from coding invoices to reconciling vendor accounts
• Handling Major Account Billing and Lease Tracking
• Processing Cash Receipts, deposits, EFTs, and updating ERP systems
• Supporting tax preparation and general cost accounting functions
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
• Providing support on various other finance-related tasks

Requirements: 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, plus the ability to learn company-specific systems
• Strong organization and follow-through – you're a self-starter who meets deadlines
• High attention to detail and a passion for doing things right the first time
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external partners
• 3–5 years of accounting or A/P experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred (High School Diploma required)
