We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a long standing Omaha company.  

DUTIES:  

• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment activities
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing issues
• Prepare journal entries
• Generate reports on receivables status and aging analysis for management review

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree in Accounting or Business; or the equivalent of 4 years of experience in accounting or business
• One+ year(s) of accounts receivable experience
• Proficient in Office 365 including Excel and accounting software package
