Position Summary:
The ideal Litigation Paralegal will have experience handling civil litigation matters from case inception through trial. The position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities with precision.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibit lists, trial notebooks, and witness coordination
• Perform legal research and summarize findings
• File documents with state and federal courts using electronic filing systems

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar legal support role
• Familiarity with court rules, procedures, and filing requirements
• Strong proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Paralegal certificate or relevant academic background preferred
