Job Summary

The Disbursement Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all payments, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic funds transfers. This role ensures that all financial disbursements are properly authorized, documented, and reconciled. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of financial processes, a keen eye for detail, and is proficient with financial software.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years' finance and accounting experience
Proficient in Excel
Previous SAP, and Bank experience a plus
Ability to interact well with other internal departments and external operating units
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Outstanding organization skills needed
