Job Summary
  
The Vendor Data Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor data, from initial setup to ongoing maintenance and cleanup. This position requires strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will ensure that all vendor information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulations. 
 
Required Skills and Qualifications  

• Experience: Proven experience in a data management, finance, or administrative role, preferably with a focus on vendor management or accounts payable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and vendor management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must for data analysis and reporting.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly organized, with an unwavering focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies and other issues efficiently.
