MyStaff is currently seeking a full-time Accountant for a direct hire role with a well-established manufacturing company in Sioux Falls. Position Overview:
This role focuses primarily on Accounts Payable functions, with additional cross-training in Accounts Receivable. You'll handle a variety of core accounting duties, support internal financial processes, and occasionally assist with administrative tasks. This position plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with standard accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process AP/AR transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank accounts
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
• Support invoice processing and purchase order submissions
• Enhance internal controls and contribute to process improvements
• Assist with general office duties including filing, phones, and guest reception

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience (preferred)
• Excellent math, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively troubleshoot issues

• Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience
