We’re partnering with a top-tier healthcare organization to find a skilled Surgical Coding Specialist for an in-office role. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong surgical coding experience, and expertise in Anesthesia coding, this is the opportunity for you!

�� What You’ll Do:

• Accurately code complex surgical procedures across multiple specialties (e.g., Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Anesthesia, and more)
• Assign and validate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes with correct sequencing and modifiers
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and private payer coding regulations
• Partner with providers to clarify documentation and ensure coding accuracy
• Identify coding trends, support audits, and help optimize billing processes
• Stay current on industry coding updates and continuing education

✅ You Bring:

• Must have Anesthesia coding experience
• 5+ years of professional or hospital coding experience
• Certification: CPC or CCA required; specialty coding cert preferred within 1 year
• Solid understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and NCCI guidelines
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with EHR systems, billing tools, and coding resources
