RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle a significant volume of customer interactions daily, addressing as many as 75 phone calls and 75 emailed orders with professionalism and speed
Provide timely updates on current orders, including checking shipment status, confirming pro bill numbers, and providing detailed tracking information
Confirm receipt of orders via fax and email, and routinely update customer information, contacts, and emails
Efficiently resolve order discrepancies and process corrections for unshipped orders in our system. You'll also enter and track customer complaints and concerns
Proactively communicate any order changes or discrepancies to customers clearly and concisely
Work closely with our outside sales team and other internal departments to ensure all customer requirements are met and expectations are exceeded
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy
Proficient in Windows (XP/10) operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Possesses strong communication and critical thinking skills to effectively interact with team members and resolve order-related questions and problems
Exhibits a high degree of diligence to ensure correct order information and maintains a steady work pace even under interruptions and time pressure
