We are currently working with an established NFP organisation. Our client is a well-known who has a national presence. They are looking for a Risk Manager to join their team in the Melbourne head office.
  
Reporting to the CFO, your primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Reviewing risk management policies and protocols
• Developing a long-term risk strategy
• Drafting and presenting reports to Risk Committee and Board members
• Managing the core risk management processes
• Providing advice and training to the business
• Integrating and implementing risk management activities with organizational strategies

  
Your background

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and minimum 5 years’ experience within Risk & Compliance (Experience within NFP organisations would be considered advantageous but not essential).
• Hands-on and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Your Risk experience is your ‘tool kit’ but key to success will be your natural curiosity, outstanding relationship and influencing skills, strong business acumen and ability to work at both a strategic and operational level as required.
