About the Role
As a Risk Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting business units with their risk management responsibilities, providing valuable insights to senior management and the Board, and helping shape a strong, proactive risk culture.
You'll work across a broad range of operational, compliance, and enterprise risk matters — combining analytical capability with commercial acumen to make a tangible impact.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to embed and uplift risk management practices.
• Analyse data and risk metrics to provide insights and identify emerging themes.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and administration of risk systems and registers.
• Support the reporting of risk insights to senior leaders and the Board.
• Assist with ongoing risk awareness and culture initiatives.

 
About You
You'll bring a balance of technical expertise and collaboration skills, including:

• 2~4+ years experience in Line 2 Enterprise Risk / Compliance, Line 1 Business Risk, or Audit.
• Strong grasp of risk frameworks and practical application in a commercial setting.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience administering or analysing data from risk systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Agility, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
