What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a varied caseload of property settlements, parenting matters, and family violence work.
• Building and maintaining client relationships with empathy and commercial focus.
• Growing your own client base with support from the firm’s internal referrals and marketing.
• Collaborating with the Principal and junior lawyers to deliver outstanding results for clients.

  
What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years PAE in Family Law, ideally at Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate level.
• A modest referral network or the ability and drive to develop your own work.
• Confidence managing matters end-to-end, with a strong client and commercial focus.
• Someone who thrives in a family-oriented, collaborative team and wants to take the next step in their career.
