We are partnering with a growing, dynamic organisation that is looking for an Operational Risk & Compliance Manager to play a critical role in shaping and embedding their risk frameworks across the business.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, have a seat at the table for strategic decision-making, and help drive continuous improvement in risk management practices.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

• Develop, maintain, and enhance a robust risk management framework, including risk quantification and reporting strategies.
• Quantify risk exposures using statistical and mathematical models, and prepare detailed dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Lead risk culture initiatives through training, engagement, and proactive risk management practices.
• Collaborate across business units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, providing strategic advice aligned with risk appetite.
• Challenge assumptions, develop insights, and present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

  
About You:
  

• 4–6 years of risk management experience, ideally in financial services, professional services, or consulting.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise and operational risk frameworks.
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in risk quantification techniques (e.g., Bayesian, Monte Carlo, Value at Risk).
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, solutions-focused, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Prior experience working in agile, dynamic, or growing organisations preferred.
