Our client is a busy Federal Government organisation that are seeking experts to join their internal training organisation. Over their multiple campuses, they provide an array of services and training courses. With a large team and rapidly growing they have a great job opportunity for an experienced RTO Compliance/Audit all rounder with the right drive energy and focus to come in and implement strategies, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
Reporting to the Director of Security Licensing and Enforcement your responsibilities will be:
  

• Plan and undertake audits in accordance with relevant standards and relevant legislation.
• Prepare audit and investigation reports, recommending any relevant changes.
• Participate in reviews of completed compliance audits to enable continuous improvement in their planning and execution.
• Prepare briefs of evidence and give evidence at legal and appeal proceedings as required.
• Provide advice and support to members and other staff on statutory compliance, ethical conduct and good governance.
• Undergo high levels of internal stakeholder engagements from operations all the way up to General Manager levels.
• Illustrate your understanding of legislation, policy and all regulations and be able to offer suitable advice.

  
The candidate:

• 2+ years of experience within the RTO, VET or other training organisation is a MUST.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, to work with stakeholders.
• Good eye for detail - Highly developed reading and writing skills.
• Tertiary qualification.
