Position Overview
Our client is looking for a Cybersecurity Lead Analyst with strong experience in Identity and Access Management, PBAC, security automation, and cybersecurity.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in financial services or large, complex and/or global environments, with strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support Identity and Access Management initiatives and projects.
Design and implement PBAC solutions at scale, including solutions such as PlainID and Axiomatics.
Work with large user populations and complex access scenarios.
Develop scripting and automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
Work with Active Directory, LDAP, PlainID, Okta, and Azure AD.
Work with security protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Support project management and operational process change and improvement initiatives.
Analyse metrics, analytics, benchmarking activities, and reporting to identify best practices.
Work effectively within a matrix environment and with virtual teams.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
Strong understanding of PBAC principles and implementation experience with leading PBAC solutions.
Experience with directory services and identity providers.
Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar.
Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Experience or knowledge in Red Team Operations, External Attack Surface Management, Penetration Testing, Adversary Emulation, Vulnerability Assessment, Threat Intelligence, Network Security, Cloud Security, Offensive Security Engineering, Security Automation, Infrastructure Engineering, and Continuous Security Validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
Project management experience.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, take ownership, and manage tight deadlines or changing requirements.
Proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
Education
Bachelor's degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
