Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to support field service operations across multiple European markets. The role involves coordinating complex service activities across different countries, cultures, and time zones while ensuring efficient service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work closely with field technicians, customers, internal departments, and third-party service partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, technically minded, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including installations, maintenance, and replacement projects, across assigned markets.
Act as the main point of contact between field technicians, customers, internal teams, and service partners.
Manage service requests and work orders, ensuring timely completion of field operations.
Monitor and report on service KPIs, SLAs, and field performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems.
Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, Training, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate third-party service partners and subcontractors.
Identify opportunities to improve field service processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate technical issues to relevant engineering or product teams when required.
Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Support operations across multiple markets, cultures, and time zones.
Candidate Profile
Exceptional verbal and written fluency in German and Dutch.
Professional-level proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in field service coordination, logistics, operations, or a related technical coordination role.
Experience in telematics, fleet management, automotive, IoT, or a related technology sector is an advantage.
Post-secondary education in a technical, logistics, business-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and hardware installation processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and installation guides.
Proficiency with service management platforms.
Experience using data and reporting tools to monitor service performance.
Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily work activities.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different markets and time zones.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Strong customer focus and sense of accountability.
