Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Junior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with our recruitment team to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for a range of positions across different industries and global markets.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, confident communicating with people, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Identify and approach potential candidates who match specific job requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate searches and shortlist suitable profiles.
Candidate Screening & Engagement
Review CVs and applications against job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
Assess candidates' skills, experience, availability, and suitability for vacancies.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide candidates with relevant information regarding roles, interview processes, and next steps.
Recruitment Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Prepare candidate profiles and CV submissions for clients.
Track candidate progress through each stage of the recruitment process.
Assist with reference checks, offer processes, and onboarding coordination.
Client & Team Support
Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand hiring requirements.
Assist with market research and talent mapping.
Support the team with recruitment projects and campaigns.
Maintain a professional relationship with candidates and clients.
Meet agreed activity and recruitment targets.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident speaking with candidates and building professional relationships.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Suite, and other digital platforms.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
A proactive, positive, and target-driven approach.
Willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry.
