Our client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to customers, partners, and internal stakeholder. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting product implementation, delivering technical training, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic technology environment.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to customers, partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, installation, and configuration issues.
• Support system administration activities including database setup, user management, reporting, and platform configuration.
• Troubleshoot network communication issues and application-related concerns.
• Coordinate product return, replacement, and exchange processes with internal teams.
• Deliver product and technical training to customers, partners, and resellers.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Escalate critical or recurring issues to management and appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Keep current with product updates, technology developments, and industry trends.

Requirements Education

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer support, helpdesk, service desk, or a similar troubleshooting environment.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar business productivity tools.
