Duties
Compliance
Assistance in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (vis-à-vis AGO, ROC and DPO)
Assisting in client due diligence and internal conflict checks
Client database management
Preparing and archiving client files
Admin & Secretarial
Assisting with client interactions in office
Assistance in office organisation
Liaising with service providers
Liaising with the company secretary in timely filing of company documents
Provide secretarial support to management
Calendar management
Assistance with such other cognate duties as may be assigned
Invoicing and Timesheet Management
Required Skills
Organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Proactivity and can-do attitude
Minimum Qualifications
A levels
Oral and written proficiency in English and French
