Key Responsibilities:

Household & Personal Administration:

Oversee and coordinate the daily running of the household
Liaise with and supervise domestic staff and service providers
Handle grocery shopping, vet visits, vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and licence renewals
Organise and oversee home maintenance and repairs
Manage administrative tasks including filing staff tax returns and handling personal documentation
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and managing ad hoc personal tasks and errands
Take ownership of one-off projects such as house renovations, event planning, and dinner party preparation

Requirements:

Female candidate (due to childcare-related responsibilities)
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proven trustworthiness - must be comfortable handling confidential information and be trusted with access to household finances
Self-starter with a proactive mindset - able to make independent decisions without micromanagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic administrative tasks for 3 children when required

Experience in personal assistance, executive support, or household/family management
Comfortable working in a home-based setting with varying daily tasks
