Job Description:
Based on destination countries and regions, develop medium- and long-term market plans aligned with overall corporate strategy, identifying core markets, key customers, and practical competitive strategies.
Build and strengthen the sales organization; lead overseas business development, new customer acquisition, and project execution; and manage key customer relationships.
Produce quarterly market analysis reports, conduct regular reviews, identify gaps against targets, and seek resource support to drive business breakthroughs.
Location: This International Marketing Director role focuses on Business Development and does not require long-term residence in a single country. Primary regions include Africa and Central Asia.

Requirements:
Strong familiarity with fracturing, oilfield completion tools, and the oilfield services industry, with proven market experience and established customer networks.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage overseas sales teams; strong understanding of local policies, regulations, and competitive environments; capable of identifying and mitigating international business risks. Local language proficiency required as a working language.
