Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled performance marketer with proven experience in developing and executing Paid Digital Marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and measurement capability, understands cross-channel behaviour, and is confident shaping strategy, engaging with clients, and driving implementation. The role requires technical depth, curiosity, and the ability to influence both clients and internal teams. Strong organisational ability, clear communication, and comfort in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Technical Experience and Skills
Required:
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years' recent experience within a digital marketing agency.
Hands-on expertise in paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
Strong capability in performance strategy, budget allocation and optimisation across multi-channel environments.
Excellent proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker, Google Ads, Merchant Centre, Search Console and associated Google products.
Competence in tracking, event setup, data quality checks, attribution concepts and measurement frameworks.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
Confident presentation and communication skills with direct client engagement experience.
Proven ability to create clear, concise and meaningful performance reports.
Up to date Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
Genuine passion for digital marketing and modern performance practices.
Beneficial:
Experience with DV360 and/or CM360.
Media buying experience across paid social platforms.
Understanding of app campaign structures across Meta and TikTok.
Working knowledge of server-side tracking, data layers, Cloud, BigQuery or related environments.
Experience with e-commerce performance strategies.
Good foundational understanding of SEO.
Ability to work within WordPress, Shopify and other CMS platforms.
