Role Summary
The Label Coordinator - Europe serves as the interface between sales entities in Europe and production/planning teams, to secure label availability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
Operational
Ensure all artwork files are updated and ready for printing whenever required for production.
Manage artwork versions accurately and communicate updates promptly to the procurement team.
Review DCR (Demand Change Request) files and confirm artwork availability, ensuring all files have a valid status.
Validate and approve artwork proposals submitted by countries within the Karomi artwork management system.
Label Management & Communication
Act as the interface between European sales entities and production/planning teams.
Ensure smooth communication to secure label availability and meet customer expectations.
Maintain and organize the company label artwork files and version control.
Archive outdated labels and ensure accurate documentation.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Collaborate with internal customers and internal teams to ensure timely label readiness.
Provide updates to supply chain teams on label availability.
Identify opportunities to streamline label processes.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
2-3 years in procurement, supply chain coordination, or label/packaging management.
Bachelors degree in Supply chain, business administration or related field.
Creative thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with label design principles, regulatory requirements, and version control.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
Experience with a label management software is an advantage.
