About the role
In this position, you will be responsible for written communication with individuals and companies regarding outstanding debts. You will play a key role in resolving payment issues, supporting clients, and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Main Responsibilities
Advise consumers and secure repayment of debts through solution-oriented measures.
Handle written payment agreements and account settlements.
Manage professional written correspondence with consumers (emails and letters).
Liaise and clarify cases with rehabilitation and social services.
Coordinate with the legal department and customer service for case clarifications.
Perform various administrative tasks.
Your Profile
Proven experience in a similar role (back office / written correspondence), ideally in debt collection or customer service.
Excellent command of written and spoken German; additional languages are an asset.
Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong service and quality orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-driven mindset.
High level of precision, reliability, and integrity.
