About the role:
As a PreConnect Collection Manager, you will be responsible for telephone communication with individuals and businesses regarding outstanding debts as part of the white-label reminder process.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting "soft reminder" (nudging) calls with consumers on behalf of our clients (both inbound and outbound).
Reminding customers of missed payments, such as leasing instalments.
Encouraging prompt settlement of outstanding amounts.
Providing information about upcoming leasing instalments and their due dates.
Recording call details in our telephone system using predefined call result codes and wrap-up codes for accurate follow-up processing.
Conducting address searches and scheduling follow-up calls when needed.
You bring the following skills and qualities to this dynamic and rewarding role:
A commercial education is an advantage.
Previous experience in a call center is a plus.
Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
Excellent command of both German and French (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
An independent, structured working style with a strong sense of quality and customer service.
