HR Coordinator

We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our client's growing HR team.  Someone who enjoys variety, thrives on accuracy and is eager to make a real impact on employee experience and learning culture.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR and L&D enquiries, providing professional support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll combine strong administrative capability with genuine curiosity for people data and development.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and deliver the company’s annual learning and development plan, from professional qualifications to leadership and soft skills programmes.
• Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials and attendance tracking.
• Support the roll-out of development pathways and liaise with external training providers to ensure quality and value.
• Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys and recruitment administration.
• Maintain HR and training records with accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Produce and interpret HR and L&D reports identifying trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions to support early careers and apprenticeships.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in an HR or L&D coordination role.
• Power BI or Advanced Excel skills - confident in manipulating and analysing HR data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for people and learning.
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable.
