Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a Superintendent who has a strong knowledge of civil construction disciplines. Reporting to our Projects Director, you will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. This role will require you to manage multiple scopes of work, collaborate with teams, interact with clients and subcontractors to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
  
This is a full-time role based across various project sites throughout Regional Western Australia, with FIFO/DIDO rosters determined by project requirements


Key Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of personnel across multiple scopes of work, including but not limited to earthworks, road construction and drainage.
• Communication & Performance Monitoring – Engage with internal teams and stakeholders, track project performance and use internal systems for reporting, cost and timeline management.
• Maintain a high level of communication with project managers, engineers, clients, subcontractors and RDH Silo’s to ensure project objectives are being met.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standards, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor daily work progress, resolve issues and make adjustments to work plans as necessary to meet project milestones.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that all work is being performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, timesheets and safety reports.
• Ensure that all environmental, regulatory, and quality standards are met.

  
 Skills, Experience and Abilities

• 10+ years previous experience as site supervisor with specific core scope capabilities (MRWA + detailed civil earthworks)
• Experience across Bulk & Detailed Earthworks, Drainage, Road works and major infrastructure
• You should have a full understanding of all safety, environment and quality regulations as well as being technologically capable, program savvy and responsive to the administrative aspects of the job role. 
• Extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary, diverse workforces.
• Able to look ahead across the entire works program to optimise delivery.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while balancing operational excellence.
• Satisfactory Pre Employment Medicals required for onboarding and mobilisation purposes.

 Education, Licenses and Training

• Accreditations in Project Management, Construction, or similar field (favourable)
• Schedule 26 (favourable)
• Current Driver’s License (HR preferred)
• Current First Aid Certificate 
• Construction industry Blue or White card
• National Police Clearance
• Experience in various civil heavy earthmoving machinery
