PROJECT / SITE ADMINISTRATOR | FULL TIME | CIVIL & MINING
  
Established in 2010, Red Dust Holdings (RDH) is a progressive Civil Construction & Mining Services Contractor based in Geraldton, WA, with active projects across the state. Our work spans everything from detailed roadworks and subdivisions to large-scale civil and mining projects including tailings dams, airport construction, and major highway upgrades.
  
We are looking to welcome someone new into our hardworking (and genuinely fun) Project Administration team. We’re not just looking for someone to “do the job.” We’re looking for someone who gets invested, someone curious, engaged, and not afraid to ask questions. The kind of person who wants to understand the why, not just the what. If you’ve ever been called a bit “too much” because you dig deeper, follow things up, and genuinely care about getting things right, you might be exactly who we’re after.
  
This role supports our project teams by keeping things organised, on track, and running smoothly. You’ll be across the detail, working closely with site and office teams, and playing a key part in making sure projects run efficiently.
  
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end administration of individual projects
• Liaising with clients and management on contracts and interpretations
• Supporting cost tracking and data entry using user-friendly systems
• Collaborating with site crews, supervisors, project teams, and HR
• Maintaining accurate records and reconciling costs
• Assisting with procurement, AP/AR, and compliance
• Using Excel and your organisational skills to manage a fast-moving workload

• Confident with computers and Microsoft Excel (intermediate skills ideal)
