Labourers | Civil Construction

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across our projects, we are seeking skilled Labourers to join our team. If you’re an experienced labourer who thrives in civil construction environments and is eager to upskill and gain hands-on experience while working as part of a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you


 Skills, Experience and Abilities

• Proven experience working on Civil Construction projects
• Ability to perform general manual labour duties on site
• Ability to follow directions safely and work as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry, and move materials
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment
• Positive work attitude and great work ethic
• Current & valid Heavy Vehicle Driver’s license (desirable)
• Traffic Control Ticket (desirable)
• Experience operating other mobile plant & equipment (RIIMP Operating tickets or ability to showcase competency to our Trainer & Assessor for VOC's) not essential but advantageous
• Flexibility to work on various project specific rosters
• Deploy to projects located in Regional Western Australia (Accomm, meals & travel supplied by RDH)
• White / Blue card (Construction Safety Induction)
• Satisfactory National Police Clearance will be required
• Ability to complete full pre employment medical and Drug & alcohol screening
