Multi-skilled Mobile Plant Operators – Civil Construction | Full-Time

RDH provides a wide range of civil and earthmoving solutions to a diverse client base. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across our projects, we are seeking multi-skilled Mobile Plant Operators with roads and bulk earthworks experience to join our team. If you’re an operator who thrives on variety, precision and working as part of a high-performing crew, we’d love to hear from you.


 Skills, Experience and Abilities

• 3+ years of operating experience desirable  
• Experience across Excavators, Dozers, Loaders & Graders as well as Skid Steers, Articulated Trucks, HR Watercarts, Scrapers and Rollers
• Experience operating the above machinery in a Civil Construction scope
• Current HR driver’s license (minimum)
• RIIMP Operating tickets or ability to showcase competency to our Trainer & Assessor for VOC's
• Ability to work to Project Specific rosters
• Deploy to projects located in Regional Western Australia (Accomm, meals & travel supplied by RDH)
• White / Blue card (Construction Safety Induction)
• Satisfactory National Police Clearance will be required
• Positive work attitude and great work ethic - not afraid to get your hands dirty with manual labour
• A strong commitment to safety
• Ability to complete full pre-employment medical and Drug & alcohol screening
