Daniel Yelkovan from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit an Office Manager for a Growing Electrical Contractor based near Lytton. This is a full-time position paid casually between $47.45 p/h - $53.80 p/h + Super, temp to perm based on $80K-$90K base with hourly rate negotiated based on experience with working hours Mon-Fri, 8am – 4pm with flexibility if need be.

Responsibilities include:

• Looking after all office duties
• Maintenance of office manuals and safety documents 
• Customers service and inquiries
• Payable's and Recivables
• Inventory and stock control
• Spreadsheets and some scheduling of electrical work  

The successful applicants will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role (ideally electrical)
• Previous experience using Simpro or other software (ideally)
• Previous experience using Accounting Software (ideally)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Suite
• The ability to multitask and prioritise their workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A professional attitude with a strong attention to detail
