About the Role 
 

As a Registered Nurse at Bundaleer Homecare, you will deliver safe, high-quality clinical care during shifts in our wide network on Homecare Clients/ Reporting to the Manager, you’ll oversee overnight clinical care, respond to changes in resident condition, manage medications, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care. This Casual role is ideal for a Registered Nurse confident working autonomously in the clients home and has flexible availabilities.

What you will do 
 
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring: 
 

• Holistic assessment in partnership with clients and their representatives 
• Development and evaluation of individualized client care plans 
• Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers 
• Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management 
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff 
• Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards 
• Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach 

  
Who are you and what will you bring?  

• AHPRA Registration 
• Homecare experienced desired
• Own a vehicle or access to a vehicle
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse 
• Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care 
• NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
