About the Role 

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Domestic Care Workers to join our team on a Casual and Part-Time basis. A variety of shifts are available, including morning and afternoons.

Your Role

Our Domestic Care Workers provide essential care services to our residents in support of our Personal Care Workers. You will build strong relationships with our clients contributing the optimisation of resident choice allowing them to live their best lives.


What you will do
  

• A Clean environment that enhances client safety and quality of life
• Complete cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules and work instructions
• Be respectful of clients when cleaning client homes
• Complete laundry task in accordance with procedures and directions
• Attend to catering cleaning activities as per documented schedule

What you will bring
  

• Currently hold an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Unlimited working rights in Australia 
• Have your own vehicle 
• Aged Care experience or healthcare experience desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and Empathy
• An understanding of resident rights, Aged Care Accreditation
• Standards and Outcomes (highly regarded but not essential)
