The Role

We are looking for Casual and Full-Time Personal Care Workers who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. We are offering both casual and permanent positions, we can offer flexible hours and working arrangements.

What you will do

As a Personal Care Worker you are responsible for:

• Positive resident experience through resident-first approach
• Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences.
• Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
• A collaborative, team approach
• Manual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctly
• Feedback and incidents are reported
• Safe, high quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

What you will need

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Hold NDIS Worker Checks or willing to obtain
