About the role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager (Eastern Region) you’ll join our business in a key leadership role responsible for a network of branches within greater Brisbane and Regional Qld. 

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive EBIT through sales, margin, cost control and profit growth
• Lead your Branch network to develop a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring and training the team with a focus on our customer service standards
• Create, present and roll out your Business Plan with a focus on bringing the team on the journey
• Ensure accountability and results across all aspects of branch operations including, Health and Safety, Financial Management – forecasts, budgets, P&L and Inventory Control
• Ensuring accountability and lead the development of sustainable and strategic working relationships with key customers and suppliers
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and Support Office peers across the country to achieve the company goals

  
About you

• A true leader with a strong customer focus, ideally with experience in trade-based multi-site organisations
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proven relationship development skills (internally and externally)
• A dynamic leader with experience managing organisational change at all levels of the business
• Superior analytical skills, with the ability to form fact-based decisions & recommendations
• You are hands on, enjoy coaching and developing your teams, you are key to creating succession plans and assisting in goal setting within performance appraisals
