About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‑on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time.

As the frontline of our business, you’ll be the friendly face to our customers on their sites and at our trade desk, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email — ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.
  
  
What you would do in this role

• Deliver friendly, responsive customer service while supporting sales
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver goods safely and reliably to customer sites
• Keep customer sites well stocked and organised
• Complete regular stock checks, including obsolescence reviews and stock audits
• Keep inventory management systems accurate and up to date
• Take part in all HSE training and promptly raise any HSE issues you identify

• You have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including Outlook and Excel
• You bring a positive, optimistic attitude to your work
• You show initiative and are happy to pitch in—no job is too big or too small
• You can prioritise and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• You are confident working autonomously and taking ownership of your tasks
• You hold a current driver’s licence
• You are comfortable participating in random drug and alcohol testing on site
